Jeff Manry has been in the financial services industry for a combined 25+ years.
Collectively, he has managed investment assets approaching $400 million, including exchange traded securities, closely held businesses, timberland, commercial properties, etc. for individuals, corporations, associations and charities.
He has extensive experience in estate, probate, and trust administration and has managed in excess of 450 fiduciary relationship involving personal estates, trusts and investment accounts.
Currently his firm, Sugarloaf Wealth Management, is providing this same range of services independently for individuals, as well as corporations, focusing heavily in the area of estate planning and investment counseling for individuals. Current assets under management exceed $250 million dollars. He is a member of Royal Court representing the top 50 advisors in his Broker Dealer, Royal Alliance Associates Inc. (an AIG company).
He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) and Georgia State University, receiving his BBA in Finance in 1981 and has pursued graduate level study in accounting. Prior to forming his own Financial Planning and Investment counseling firm in 1989, his past employers were Sun Trust Bank, Wachovia Bank and Bank of America where he served as Vice-President and/or Trust Officer in the Personal Trust and Investment Divisions of these three major southeastern banking institutions. His firm, Sugarloaf Wealth Management, LLC was nominated for business of the year by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He was named Person of The Year by the Community Foundation of Northeast Georgia. He has served as past president of The Gwinnett Foundation and on the board of Annandale Village. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and completed his course requirements from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
